Refinishing
Furniture can look loved and lived in - which makes it feel like it belongs to you. But if your dining room table is starting to look like no one has ever loved it - you should refinish it. From hope chests, bedroom sets, and complete dining sets, we can refinish anything.
Woodtek specializes in partial and total refinishing. Partial refinishing can be a great way to save money and time. We refinish only the sections of your furniture that need attention and blend the finishes with the existing color and sheen. A typical partial refinish would be refinishing the top of a dining table and touching up any damage to the legs.
Repair
Before you throw away that broken but cherished piece of furniture, let us see what we can do to help. We would love the opportunity to repair your furniture to give you many more years of use and enjoyment.
Woodtek will repair your broken or wobbly chairs, tables, and other household items. In most cases we can make the joints stronger than the original. Once the joint is repaired and cleaned, we touch up the damaged area. This will make the repair nearly invisible.
And if a finish damaged by a scratch, gouge, dent, water mark, or burn can not be repaired, a partial refinish may be a great option. We are happy to help guide you through the process to get the best outcome.
Restoration
The restoration of an antique can breathe new life into the piece. Restoration is a delicate combination of refinishing and repair. Restoration is about taking your older, beloved antiques, and making them look like they should look; not new.
We can restore your piece to its original look, or keep all the character of the original look while giving it a protective coating, helping it withstand regular use in everyday life.
Outdoor Teak or Ipe Furniture Refinishing
Woodtek can bring your outdoor teak furniture back to life. Whether it is Teak or Ipe, we can restore it back to a beautiful condition. We can sand out the weather damage and reoil your outdoor pieces. Call for more details about what Woodtek can do for your outdoor furniture.
